These days I truly prioritize nutrition and a great night sleep over exercise. If I don't have much time, I just make sure I have the best food in my fridge and a general plan for the next day. 💖
If it's a true passion of mine to move my body...to dance and feel great. I have a whole way of eating that keeps me strong too. It's holistic. this means that I am getting the best sleep possible, and measuring how my stress levels are. Last year was very high stress and so I'm just trying to maintain more peace now.
It's easier for me to share exercises and when I'm moving with you. BUT i'm going to think of ways to share with you how I'm CHILLAXING ... This is a skill in itself! 🤗 I really don't exercise as much as I used to.
And this doesn't mean that I don't want to exercise anymore, I'm just making some shifts and looking to have more harmony in my life and also more protein in my life. I'm convinced that there are eras and seasons for everything. Once I get into a good flow, (not perfect) but a flow without the overwhelm that I have been feeling with work demands, I think I'll be able to start dancing again.
Wish me luck! I love dancing and I miss the costumes, I miss just practicing but I felt burned down and overwhelmed with work, frankly very very unhappy, the worst the last few months and I'm trying to decipher how to go about it while I stay in a creative place, and work on my mission to build a curriculum for the everyday person who wants to lean into their whole wellness and fitness through soul connection and spirituality.
