Accepting What Is ✨
It's always slow for me, never a sprint.
I’m slow when I eat.
I’m slow in understanding jokes.
I’m slow in romantic relationships.
There's been deep deep inner work for me this year around my patterns in relationships and I’m looking at this a bit closer as an observer and not a punisher.
Precisely because I'm a hopeful optimist, I know that 2024 will be exactly as it is supposed to be. Not worse, not better. Just 'as is' because I'm in deep acceptance of who I am, where I am, and what is meant for me will not escape me.
I’m also practicing accepting people just as they are. Lately, with family members and friends, this has been so peaceful and lovely.
It is all a reminder to:
Be in the Now.
Let it all BE…..like nature.
Nature breathes inside of you
The sun is your guiding Light.
There is nothing to change.
So have faith in the synchronicity of the Universe and how lessons have been presented to you.
My 2024 intentional rituals are to sleep earlier, wake up earlier, and walk a lot. In the process I’ll likely tap into a heightened sense of soul awareness and more focus.
Remind yourself that even 5 minutes of an earlier bedtime, a walk, meditation and movement give you bursts of present energy, vitality.. agility and strength.
How does this mindful wellness ritual land for you?
Happy Holiday's, my sweet friend. You are part of something beautiful. I'll see you next year.
With love and gratitude,
-Aranzasú
P.S. Thank you to my amazing friends who share captivating photos with me from my favorite area in the world :) Santa Monica. And to my amazing guy friend: Alejandro, we grew up in the same neighborhood, he is an artist, and we share an appreciation for the ocean, tunes, and sunsets. It is VERY possible to have friends from the opposite gender who want nothing else from you than to share positivity. If you hear about Alejandro, you’ll know that he is an artist, creative, who shares nature photos with me from his boat and around town out of pure joy and celebration for life. He appreciates that I share his pics with the Madre community like you.
